Rare original vintage 1960s medical model of the human heart. I've not seen another model like this one. Not only is it scientifically and medically appealing, but it also has a beautiful sculptural quality to it. 
This is a rare piece, most of these you can get are solid, this is see through and looks great when the light catches it.
This is life-size and depicts a human heart with its muscle veins. It has been made so you can see inside to the chambers.
Made by Somso in the former East Germany. Somso are one of the top manufactures of educational tools in Europe.

Size approx 35cm tall. 
You can buy something like this new, but the new ones are very expensive and don't have the same appeal or charm that this one does.
